Quality Assurance (QA/QC)
Procurement Phase: This phase ensures that all materials and equipment comply with the client’s specifications and required quality standards before procurement and incorporation into the project.
Construction phase: This phase ensures that project execution complies with approved standards and specifications through dedicated QA/QC inspections and established inspection guidelines.
Quality Construction Procedure
Prior to the construction stage, the QA/QC team establishes inspection guidelines, checklists, and quality requirements in accordance with applicable project standards and client specifications.
Throughout project execution, workmanship is monitored through regular inspections and strict compliance with approved standards. Any identified deficiency or non-conformance is addressed through appropriate corrective actions in coordination with the project management team.
